The incident occurred at the end of October, during nighttime hours, on Staszica Street in Bolesławiec.

Police officers received a report concerning drivers who had parked their cars in the parking lot by a Lewiatan store.

The problem was that the parking lot in question may be used during the day only by the store’s customers, while parking is prohibited there between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

When the police arrived at the scene, it turned out that as many as 8 drivers had parked despite the prohibition. All of them received summonses to the police station, and all appeared.

As we established, none of the people who committed the offense was fined. All eight were given warnings.
