The incident occurred on Tuesday, October 9, at around 8:30 a.m., on Jana Pawła II Street in Bolesławiec. The driver of an Opel, a 23-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality, failed to yield the right of way to a cyclist, a 23-year-old from the City of Ceramics.
A collision occurred. Fortunately, no one suffered any more serious injuries.
The woman responsible was fined PLN 500.
