The beginning of the match belonged to BKS Bolesławiec. Our boys attacked the opposition from the start and created confusion in Orla Wąsosz’s penalty area twice, but they were missing the final touch and we had to leave empty-handed. Unfortunately, as time went on, the visitors began to find their voice and take control of the initiative. Toward the end of the first half, the visitors created several chances, but Kacper Różnicki was in excellent form that day and saved us several times. BKS Bolesławiec also found itself near Orla Wąsosz’s goal several more times, but we failed to take the lead and went into the break level at 0:0.
After the break, our team looked better. We no longer allowed the opposition to dominate us and kept the ball in midfield for longer. Orla Wąsosz also had its chances, but our defenders dealt well with their attacks, while the crossbar once saved us from conceding. Both teams exchanged attacks, but everything took place in the spirit of fair play. Neither side managed to put the ball in the net before the final whistle, and the match ended in a 0:0 draw.
Considering the course of the match, the points were fairly shared. Both teams had their chances and controlled the game at times, but their finishing let them down. Next weekend, BKS Bolesławiec face a difficult away fixture against Apis Jędrzychowice (07.10, 11:00).
