What is this about?
As stated in the justification for the resolution on “consenting to the donation to Bolesławiec County of land property located in Bolesławiec at Adama Asnyka Street,” during the redevelopment of the so-called round building, which included, among other things, installing a lift for people with disabilities, it was found that the stairs leading to the building entrance were located... outside the boundaries of the property belonging to Bolesławiec County.
The county authorities asked the municipal authorities to transfer this property free of charge in the form of a donation.
Municipal officials add in the justification of the aforementioned document:
The value of the donated property, according to the appraisal report prepared [...] on 21 May 2018, amounts to PLN 1,650 net (in words: one thousand six hundred and fifty zlotys).
