The guests watched a promotional film about Bolesławiec. They also heard about the latest cultural events, including the Ceramics Festival, and completed investments in the city, especially the latest one, Wiadukt Plaza.

In the evening, members of the Society of Lviv and Southeastern Borderlands Enthusiasts met with the guests at the “Kamionkowa Chata” restaurant in Kruszyn. The two associations are connected by the fact that, after 1945, their members left their former homelands against their will. During the meeting, president Barbara Smoleńska presented the activities of TMLiKP-W, adding that these activities had only become possible in Poland after 1989.

The guests watched a report on trips by young people from Bolesławiec as part of the “Save your great-grandfather’s grave from oblivion” campaign. They also learned about Bolesławiec’s new partner city, Zbaraż, located in the Borderlands and now in Western Ukraine. The meeting took place in a pleasant atmosphere and was successful.
