At the very beginning, everything seemed simple. All you had to do was quickly run across the glowing coals. There was just one detail: the embers were over 600 degrees Celsius. The workshop leader explained the rules of walking on hot coals, led a warm-up, and suddenly everyone ran onto the more-than-two-metre-long flaming runway.
The bravest participants walked through real fire. After the basic version with embers, the leader sprinkled sawdust over the coals and set it alight. Several dozen people stepped onto the flaming runway. It was an incredible spectacle.
What does walking across glowing coals offer?
Walking through fire is an excellent opportunity to confront the elements and, consequently, to overcome the fear that limits us, break through the barriers imposed by our minds, and realize that we are capable of taking on ever-new challenges.
The fire-walking workshop and the Glina Show project are co-financed by the Office of the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
