The designers of the decorations presented their new designs: Teresa Liana, Maria Starzyk,

Irena Mączka, Maryla Iwicka and Jacek Chyła. The designer of the forms is artistic director Mariusz Ochocki.

For the 100th anniversary of Poland’s independence, Teresa Liana designed a unique decoration maintained in white-and-red tones; daisies and poppies on the dinnerware evoke the atmosphere of the Polish landscape. Mariusz Ochocki designed the form for the breakfast-and-dinner set.

In 2018, the collection’s main theme is the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence, which is why the exhibition is titled “Colours of Independence.” The embellishments and decorations referred to the national colours and patriotic symbols. The exhibition can be viewed at the “Mała Biała” Gallery of BOK–MCC, 1c Piłsudskiego Square, until 21 August. The exhibition was organised as part of the 24th Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival.
