The incident occurred on May 20, at approximately 2:50 p.m., on Warszawska Street in Zgorzelec, near the LEDI store. A man posing as a police officer attempted to abduct a girl. The suspect was detained by officers from Zgorzelec, and the court ordered that he be held in custody for three months.
In connection with the ongoing proceedings, police are asking all witnesses to the incident, including the parents and guardians of the children with whom the girl was playing, to contact them at 75 64 94 250 or 75 64 94 251.
