As reported by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, participants in the competition for the most beautiful harvest festival wreath from Bolesławiec County, in addition to the requirements already in force (crown shape, no artificial elements, etc.), MUST INCLUDE THE INDEPENDENCE THEME in their wreaths. This is, of course, related to the centenary of Poland regaining its Independence.
