Stary Dworzec Retail Park will be built on the site of the former eastern PKP railway station, between Chrobrego, Hutnicza and Staroszkolna streets. Below, we present the latest visualisations of the property. It is already known that one of the tenants will be the Martes Sport chain, which will lease premises covering 730 m². Meanwhile, the building’s first floor will house a fitness club in premises covering 819 m².
Stary Dworzec Retail Park will be built on a plot of approximately 13,500 m², with a built-up area of approximately 4,900 m². A total of 13 units will be created within the centre. There will also be one unit of approximately 600 m² intended for food-service use, with a designated area and an adjoining outdoor garden. The retail park will also have space for a grocery store, clothing store, furniture store, drugstore and consumer electronics and household appliances store.
The vicinity of the park will also include 195 parking spaces.
