Four years ago, the mother injured her little son in the abdomen. She inflicted several wounds on him. She slit her own wrists. Bolesławiec doctors saved them both.

The mother was not convicted because the court found that she was legally insane. She spent two years in a psychiatric hospital. Recently, she filed a motion to see the children. The court in Bolesławiec decided that she could see her children, but only in the presence of their father and a probation officer. The Regional Court in Jelenia Góra changed the ruling, and now the mother can see the children at her home, without their father, but only in the presence of a probation officer.

The father is afraid for his children and does not believe that the probation officer's presence alone will be enough to ensure their safety. “What if the probation officer steps out to use the toilet for a moment, or his phone rings?” the terrified man asks.

Today at 4:15 p.m., Polsat television will broadcast an extensive report on the case. We invite you to watch the program.
