Work on the 10 editions of the “Bolesławiec Yearbook” involved a total of 137 authors working closely with the editorial team: Edmund Maliński, Anna Bober-Tubaj and Grzegorz Matoryn. The jubilee edition was preceded by texts serving as a kind of summary of the periodical’s decade of activity. In the words of full professor Jan Miodek, PhD hab., the “Bolesławiec Yearbook” is “a publishing symbol of the Poland of small homelands, (…) the Poland of the most valuable social initiatives,” while its greatest merit is “the complementarity of historical and contemporary themes, building bonds between generations.” Summarising the publication from the perspective of his many years as its academic reviewer, full professor Grzegorz Strauchold, PhD hab., emphasised the Yearbook’s role as a place presenting “the immense and diverse achievements of Bolesławiec’s residents.”

The jubilee edition has 252 pages and is exceptionally diverse in subject matter. It contains 47 articles divided into 9 thematic sections. The section Research into the History of Bolesławiec features four articles by Adam Baniecki, Robert Klementowski, Jan Żuralski and Andrzej Olejniczak.
