Description of the property and premises:
The commercial premises offered for sale, with the possibility of adapting them into a flat, have an area of 80.10 m2 and are located on the ground floor of a multi-family residential building at Nowe Jaroszowice 39. Functionality is low. The degree of technical wear is high. The internal plaster is damp and disintegrated in a considerable part, and in places has detached from the substrate. The window and door joinery is damaged and warped. The surrounding area consists of residential, single-family and homestead development.
The building was erected using traditional masonry technology before 1939. The degree of technical wear of the building is high. In the local spatial development plan for the village of Nowe Jaroszowice—Resolution No. XXIII/155/05 of the Bolesławiec Municipal Council dated 30 March 2005—the following designations apply to plot no. 273/1, Nowe Jaroszowice precinct: – service and homestead development area, marked on the plan with the symbol 38U/RM; – in part, forest areas marked with the symbol ZL.
The following tenders for the sale of the property have been held: the first tender on 24 November 2017, the second tender on 16 February 2018, and the third tender on 6 April 2018.
The tender will be held on 6 July 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bolesławiec Municipal Office, ul. Teatralna 1a (room no. 13).

If the person designated as the buyer of the property fails, without justification, to appear at the place and time set by the tender organizer for concluding the agreement, the Head of the Municipality may withdraw from concluding the agreement, and the bid security paid will not be refunded. The right to cancel the tender in the event of a justified reason is reserved.
