The incident occurred on Friday afternoon in Bożejowice near Bolesławiec. The 31-year-old was celebrating his birthday. He had had a little to drink and rode his moped to a shop. On the way back, he lost control of the vehicle, left the road and hit a fence. An ambulance, firefighters and police were called to the scene.
Fortunately, the man did not cause an accident and no one but him was injured. The driver was so drunk that the police were able to carry out only one test. The second time, the man did not blow into the breathalyser because he fell asleep in the ambulance.
