Our team were considered the favourites before the match and fulfilled that role one hundred percent. BKS Bolesławiec controlled the game throughout and did not allow their opponents to find their rhythm. Radosław Karpiak provided the signal for attacks in the first half, but the BKS midfielder’s shot went over the crossbar of Woskar Szklarska Poręba’s goal. In the 6th minute, Damian Puzio produced a fine shot, but the visiting goalkeeper managed to deflect the ball for a corner. BKS’s pressure continued to grow, and we had to wait until the 15th minute for the effects. Damian Puzio then produced an excellent pass, and Adrian Biały, making a good run into the penalty area, headed the ball into the net to put BKS Bolesławiec 1–0 ahead.
The early goal did not put our players to sleep. They did not rest on their laurels but looked for another goal. Woskar Szklarska Poręba focused on protecting access to their own goal and essentially created no opportunities to score. In the 27th minute, Adrian Biały again put the ball into the visitors’ net with a header, but the referee spotted a foul by one of our players. Just before the break, Damian Puzio hit a good shot, but this time the visiting goalkeeper produced an excellent save, and BKS Bolesławiec led 1–0 at half-time.
After the break, the course of the game did not change significantly. Woskar did create a few chances, but Bartosz Bochnia, guarding our goal, neutralised the danger with his interventions. In the 55th minute, we should already have been 2–0 ahead. After confusion in the penalty area, the ball reached Krzysztof Dmuchowski, who fired a powerful shot at the opponents’ goal. Unfortunately, the visiting goalkeeper was well positioned and tipped the ball heading for the net away. In the 82nd minute, Mirosław Markowski, introduced moments earlier, played a fine pass to Łukasz Graczyk, who was through one-on-one . The BKS Bolesławiec striker lobbed the Woskar Szklarska Poręba goalkeeper and set the final score at 2–0 for BKS Bolesławiec.
