The collision occurred at the intersection of Gdańska and Śluzowa streets. The driver of a Renault Vel Satis, a resident of a locality near Lubań, was leaving a minor road and forced the driver of a Ford Focus to yield. Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision.
The Renault's wheel and front suspension were damaged. The doors were also scratched. The Ford's bumper and headlamp cracked. Its bodywork was also slightly dented. The Renault driver was fined PLN 400 for causing the collision.
