Responsibilities:
- Operating woodworking machines and other equipment in the wood-processing process,
- Securing machines mechanically—guards and housings—and electrically—safety switches,
- Daily inspection of the machine’s technical condition and periodic lubrication,
- Reporting all machine defects and failures and resolving related problems,
- Signalling possible solutions regarding the operation and handling of the machine,
- Coordinating the work of the operator’s assistant,
- Quality control concerning the dimensions of the semi-finished product obtained.
