The tender offer must be prepared in accordance with the contract conditions, which can be collected at the Cooperative’s headquarters from the GZM Technical Department, room no. 2 (tel. 75 644 68 88)

Offers must be submitted by 21 May 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cooperative’s secretariat.
The offers will be opened on 21 May 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Cooperative’s headquarters.
A bid bond of PLN 3,000.00 (in words: three thousand zlotys 00/100) must be paid at the Cooperative’s cashier no later than 21 May 2018 by 10:00 a.m. or transferred to the Cooperative’s PKO BP S.A., Bolesławiec branch, account no. 71 1020 2137 0000 9002 0006 2166.
By the time set for the opening of the offers, the bid bond must be credited to the Cooperative’s account for the offer to be valid. Offers without a paid bid bond will not be considered. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender without stating the reasons.
