Representatives of the gallery on Wesoła Street:

A lawn with worn paths is something that can be observed in many places in Bolesławiec and around most commercial facilities in many parts of Poland. Instead of using pavements, which often follow a longer route, residents choose a shortcut. In many cases, grass stubbornly grows back on the trampled ground, after which paths appear again.

Some facilities give up on greenery, replacing worn paths with asphalt lanes or paved walkways.

During the development stage of the Galeria Wesoła Retail Park, it was impossible to predict where residents would cut across the grounds. Only after the gallery opened did the worn paths become visible.

They add:

We intend to replace some lawn areas with decorative stones and shrub plantings; in this way, we will eliminate the unsightly worn paths. We will build paved passages where these informal paths have formed.

Let us recall. On The Bad Bunzlauer, K wrote:

Can people from Bolesławiec be taught manners so that they respect lawns and greenery? Probably not. Next to the newly opened gallery by the PKS bus station, they have made a path for themselves and regularly walk across the recently seeded lawn. When someone points it out to them, they show the finger.

And added:

I suggest putting up a sign saying “Respect the greenery.” I would also like to point out that dog owners use the lawn as a toilet for their pets without picking up their s*** afterward. Could someone take an interest in this?
