The visitors started Wednesday’s match better, taking a 1–0 lead in the 3rd minute through a goal by Sebastian Janczewski. The hosts were unable to respond effectively to their opponents’ goal. It is worth noting that BKS did not register its first shot on target until the 45th minute of the match. Cosmos had more of the play and, with better finishing, could have led by two or three goals at halftime.
After the break, BKS gained the advantage and equalized in the 60th minute through a goal by Adrian Kulesza. Unfortunately, no more goals were scored in the match. Once again, our team played chaotically. Accurate passes, shots and ideas for attacking play were lacking. In addition, in the 90th minute Adrian Kulesza received a second yellow card and, consequently, a red card, forcing him to leave the pitch. In Wednesday’s match, a younger junior player, Adrian Puzio, made his debut for the BKS senior team. In added time, the young player could have decided the outcome of the match, but he lacked composure. Adrian was not the only younger junior to play in senior matches. Earlier, including in the match against Warta Bolesławiecka, BKS’s goal was guarded by young goalkeeper Jakub Walczak.
