Officers from the Economic Crime Division of the Jelenia Góra Municipal Police Headquarters, together with officers from the Lower Silesian Customs and Tax Office in Wałbrzych, seized 4 illegal gambling machines at one of the premises in Jelenia Góra. Their value is PLN 48,000. Losses to the State Treasury were estimated at PLN 400,000.
The officers are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail. Both the owner of the premises and the owner of the machines may face a fine of up to PLN 400,000 and up to 3 years in prison.
