A resident of the Staszica housing estate wrote to us:
I wonder where the parents are? These children have been jumping around in that tree for two hours now; and secondly, the mess is absolutely terrible. The children probably will not clean it up, because why would they, since they are playing in the courtyard [...]. How should I put it? It has not even been cleaned for a week. The cardboard boxes are still hanging in the tree. A disaster. Where is the upbringing?
What do you think? Should parents pay more attention to what their children do in the courtyard?
