- continuous quality control of raw materials, materials and semi-finished products in accordance with required standards,
- developing and updating concrete mix designs (recipes),
- systematic quality control of concrete and documenting the inspections,

Main responsibilities:
- analyzing and preparing technical documentation (checking and correcting it, agreeing on changes);
- preparing daily production schedules;
- preparing purchasing plans for materials and accessories necessary to manufacture elements;
- monitoring the implementation of daily production plans, taking introduced changes into account;
- settling the use of materials;
- close cooperation with other organizational units in fulfilling orders.

- structural analysis,
- preparing guidelines and drawing composite and planar elements (single-,
double- and triple-layer walls, TT and filigree floor slabs) as well as linear elements such as columns, beams and

- handling HR and payroll administration in accordance with applicable labor and social insurance laws
- (including absence records, working-time records, preparing employment contracts and employment certificates,

- supervising the proper storage of products in the warehouse yard and monitoring storage,
- supervising the shipment schedule for prefabricated elements according to agreed quantities and deadlines,

- maintaining records of completed transport services, dispatched products and other items used for loading,
- entering data into the computer system and issuing invoices,
