The provisions of the law restricting Sunday trading came into force on 1 March 2018. As we read on superbiz.se.pl:

This year, only two Sundays a month will be shopping Sundays; in 2019, the trading ban will apply on almost all Sundays except one per month, and in 2020 a complete ban on Sunday trading will be introduced.

Tomorrow, you will still be able to go shopping without any problem. But on the next two Sundays (11 and 18 March), the trading ban will apply.
