Legnica police officers tasked with combating aggressive behaviour on the road identified, with the help of the Intelligent Integrated System Supporting Traffic and Public Transport Management, the driver of a Skoda who committed as many as 19 traffic offences within two months, thereby accumulating nearly 100 penalty points.
