One of the pillars of the National Housing Programme, as part of the “Mieszkanie Plus” package, is support for social housing construction. This support consists of providing public funds for interest-rate subsidies on loans and bonds במסגרת the preferential loan programme run by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for social housing associations, housing cooperatives and municipal companies.
– Bolesławiec Social Housing Association submitted an application for preferential repayable financing in the third edition of the support programme for social rental housing. The application concerns the implementation of the project entitled “Reconstruction and modernisation of the residential building at 12 Żwirki i Wigury Street in Bolesławiec”. The Bolesławiec application received a positive creditworthiness assessment and was qualified for the next stage – reports Emil Zając, president of TBS in Bolesławiec.
Twenty-nine turnkey-finished apartments will be created in the building at 12 Żwirki i Wigury Street, known as the Samotniak. The building will be equipped with a lift and will also include apartments for people with disabilities.
