The Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office conducted proceedings against a student of a science-related field from Nowogrodziec who allegedly had child pornography on two computers. In 2015, investigators filed an indictment with the court.
The Bolesławiec court sentenced the young man to one year and two months in prison. The convicted man appealed the ruling. Successfully. The Jelenia Góra Regional Court reduced the sentence of the Nowogrodziec resident—now 24 years old—to 11 months behind bars.
The judgment became final in December last year.
