On Friday, January 5, officers from the Bolesławiec traffic police stopped the driver of an Opel for a routine check. It turned out that the 34-year-old resident of Żagań County was subject to a court-imposed driving ban, which remains in force until June this year. (The court in Żagań revoked his driving privileges for driving while intoxicated.)
The man will soon be charged with violating the court-imposed ban. He faces up to 5 years in prison.
