The Voivode of Lower Silesia Paweł Hreniak—on behalf of the President of the Republic of Poland—presented state decorations to distinguished residents of Lower Silesia. Among those honored was Helena Smoleńska, who has been president of Ceramika Artystyczna—Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła Artystycznego in Bolesławiec for 25 years.

H. Smoleńska was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit. The decoration is a form of thanks to President Smoleńska and, thereby, to all the company’s employees for their work to develop Bolesławiec ceramics. The meeting was held in the Column Hall of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wrocław.
The company’s Supervisory Board and Management Board, on their own behalf and on behalf of all employees, thanked Helena Smoleńska for their cooperation to date and congratulated her on receiving an important state decoration.
