The above idea inspired the creation of a local support group for victims—women affected by domestic violence. Meetings will be held at the headquarters of the Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie w Bolesławcu, ul. Armii Krajowej 12, room 104 (the building of the Starostwo Powiatowe w Bolesławcu).
This form of assistance is intended for women who experience domestic violence and live in Bolesławiec County. Women wishing to participate in the sessions are asked to contact a PCPR employee individually by telephone, tel. 75 612 17 83-84, or in person at the PCPR headquarters, rooms 107, 108 or 119, or directly with the Head of PCPR—room 112, tel. 75 612 17 88.

The Helpline was established for people who, for various reasons, cannot contact a psychologist directly. Support is intended for people in crisis who need psychological support and advice. The psychologist on duty will provide immediate psychological assistance and information about available options for receiving support and overcoming the crisis. We also inform you that the following specialist consultants are on duty at the Ośrodek Pracy z Rodziną, located at ul. Tysiąclecia 32d/2 in Bolesławiec:
- Psychologist – Thursdays from 8:00 to 10:00
- Lawyer – Wednesdays from 8:00 to 11:30, Fridays from 8:00 to 12:00
- Psychiatrist – Fridays from 15:00 to 17:00
- Addiction therapist – Fridays from 17:00 to 19:00
It is also possible to arrange an individual appointment on other days of the week according to the schedule available at the PCPR headquarters in Bolesławiec, at ul. Armii Krajowej 12, 59-700 Bolesławiec.
