The 27-minute documentary “It’s Beautiful to Live” won at the 2008 EFeMKa European Young Cinema Festival and has been nominated for the 2009 OFFskar award in three categories: best director, best editing and best documentary. On Wednesday, January 7, at 11:15 p.m., TVP Kultura will show the award-winning film and an interview with the young director from Bolesławiec.
Przemysław Filipowicz is the creator of such films as “The End of the Wall,” “Friend,” “Dream” and “Fikszyn.” His “Mr. Bread,” a documentary about bread collector Piotr Sudół, won second prize at the 7th National Amateur Film Review “Klatka” in Szczecin.
