EXPERT OPINION
Ceramika Artystyczna is making ambitious attempts to create new designs that continue the tradition on the one hand, while bringing a breath of fresh air to iconic decorations known for years on the other. Decoration U4783, applied to a set of four bowls of different sizes, fits perfectly into the contemporary folk trend while maintaining a connection with tradition and the traditional technique of painting with stamps. They should appeal both on the domestic market and in Bolesławiec’s export markets.

EXPERT OPINION
Four bowls with a simplified, minimalist shape are covered with a decoration that gently refreshes the existing repertoire of graphic motifs traditionally used in Bolesławiec. Thanks to its modernized form, the whole set makes a more contemporary impression than what we usually associate with Bolesławiec. The excellent color combination of black and light blue gives the set a light and fresh character. It is good that the traditional white dots do not stop designers from experimenting—and experimenting so successfully!
