Legal regulations require officers to take care of their physical fitness. A police officer is required to maintain the physical fitness necessary to perform official duties. The principles of ethics also indicate that a police officer should continually improve and supplement their professional knowledge and skills, as well as take care of their physical fitness.

Space was allocated at the headquarters of the County Police Headquarters in Zgorzelec for a training room, which was equipped with exercise equipment with the support of the Zgorzelec County Office. Officers have access to equipment for strength and aerobic exercises, which will certainly help improve the physical fitness of our police officers.
