The choir Cantate Deo (Latin: sing to God) has been active since September 2011 at the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre – International Ceramics Centre. Its director is the distinguished conductor Aleksander Samostrokow. Since the group took a one-year break, it is celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2017. On this occasion, Cantate Deo invites you to a concert, which will take place on Sunday, October 29 at the Bolesławiec Marian Basilica (Kościelna Street). It begins at 7:00 p.m.. Admission is free.
“There will be both new pieces and older ones,” Aleksander Samostrokow announces. The anniversary concert programme will include patriotic and liturgical songs, as well as popular music.
