Each child is accompanied by a parent in the water. Above all, the children become accustomed to the water; they also learn the correct body position in the water, on their stomachs and backs, basic arm and leg movements, jumping and submerging. All this takes place through play using colourful toys and equipment.
October 11 marks the beginning of swimming lesson cycles for somewhat older children. Here, participants swim in groups of 7–8 without a parent, and the classes are intended for children aged four and above.
October 17 adults and seniors can also begin swimming lessons. The classes will take place in the morning.
We welcome non-swimmers as well as people who want to improve their swimming technique.
Each course lasts 10 weeks. Sessions take place once a week under the supervision of qualified instructors.
