Twelve ceramic sculptors from Poland, Ukraine, Ireland, India and Egypt created their works at three companies: Zakłady Ceramiczne „Bolesławiec”, „Ceramika Artystyczna” Spółdzielni Rękodzieła Artystycznego, Fabryka Naczyń Kamionkowych „Manufaktura” Sp. J. Smoleński & Zwierz and at the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre – International Ceramics Centre. The theme of this year’s symposium was “Water, life, river”.

It is worth recalling that the programme included meetings with artists open to the public, lectures and the “Before and After” exhibition. The residents of Bolesławiec said farewell to the symposium’s artists on 23 August, when they also had the opportunity to see the results of their work.
