Councillor Adam Biesiadecki, a member of the Romanowe Forum, was fined PLN 300 for riding a moped after consuming alcohol (he had 0.38 per mille the first time and 0.34 the second time). He was also given a six-month ban on driving motor vehicles.

As a reminder, the incident occurred at the beginning of June. Adam Biesiadecki was riding a moped without a helmet or lights. He was stopped for a roadside check. As it turned out, the councillor had consumed alcohol. The police took away his driving licence and submitted a request to the court to punish the councillor.

Since the councillor committed only a minor offence, he will not lose his local-government mandate. The judgment is final.
