A draft resolution amending the resolution on the rules for granting targeted subsidies to individuals and homeowners’ associations from the budget of the Municipality of Bolesławiec for a task aimed at reducing low emissions is being prepared for the next session of the Bolesławiec City Council (30 August). The task involves changing the heating system as part of the “Reduction of Low Emissions in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship” programme, with financial support from the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
The amendment is intended to increase the subsidy for homeowners’ associations that wish to connect to the municipal district heating network from PLN 50,000 to PLN 100,000, which is closer to the actual cost of connecting to the network, and to introduce the possibility of granting them an advance payment, making it easier to carry out the project.
It is worth recalling that the primary list of recipients eligible for funding will include investors who submit declarations of participation in the programme to the City Hall by 31 August 2017, inclusive.
