The incident occurred on August 4, 2017. Two men forced the victim into their car and then, after taking him outside the Jelenia Góra area, ordered him to withdraw his testimony in a case concerning bodily harm caused to another person, threatening to take his life and beat him. (What is more, the aggressors appropriated a number of items belonging to the victim.)
Both men were arrested and then brought before the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra, where they were charged. At the investigators’ request, the court placed both perpetrators in temporary custody for two months. They face up to five years in prison.
