The incident occurred on Saturday on Wańkowicza Street in Bolesławiec. The man driving a dark-colored car first fiddled with the wheel arch of another car and then wrote or drew something on its window with a marker. He was clearly angry that the car was partially blocking the exit from the parking lot, although the cars could in fact still leave it.
When the man was writing on the window, another man—apparently the owner of the damaged car—saw him. He approached and started a discussion. Fortunately, it did not lead to an argument or a physical altercation.
