Saturday’s friendly, in which BKS faced TS Parzyce, promised to be extremely interesting. The match brought together two teams that had competed for first place in the table and promotion to the district league in the previous season. Both sides approached the game highly motivated. From the opening minutes, both teams tried at all costs to score. There was tension on the pitch.

Things became even more tense after a move down the left side of the pitch and a pass from Łukasz Graczyk toMarek Majka. Popularly known as Maja, he did not usually waste such opportunities and placed the ball in the net without difficulty. Shortly afterwards, the visitors’ goalkeeper made a mistake while clearing the ball under pressure and hit Łukasz Graczyk. Marek Majka was waiting for just such an opportunity and headed the ball in to make it 2–0. After conceding the second goal, the game became even more heated. There were many fouls and acts of ill will. The home side began responding in kind to the visitors’ rough play. It ended with the referee showing a red card to a Parzyce player, something that does not often happen in friendly matches. Before both teams went into the break, Łukasz Graczykmade it 3–0 for BKS.

After the change of ends, BKS completely dominated their opponents. While Parzyce had managed several shots on Jakub Walczak’s goal in the first half, goal-scoring opportunities for the visitors were extremely scarce in the second. BKS, meanwhile, continued to punish their opponents. Krzysztof Janicki scored a fine free-kick goal. From 20 metres, the BKS defender sent the ball just inside the post and forced the visiting goalkeeper to concede. Before the final whistle, the scorers’ list was also added to by: Kacper Kizyma, Mirosław Markowski, Oskar Pochwała and Marcin Zapiór (own goal). BKS – TS Parzyce 8–0.
