Ultrasonic liposuction is a safe treatment using non-invasive ultrasound waves to eliminate unwanted fat cells. The treatment achieves an effect typical of surgical liposuction. It shapes the body and reduces centimetres in body circumference.
By applying ultrasound at a specific low frequency, we induce cavitation. The energy produced breaks down fat cells, while the fats released in this way (free fatty acids and glycerol) are transported mainly through the vascular and lymphatic systems to the liver, where they are metabolised and become a source of energy. This makes it possible to accelerate the reduction of excess fat tissue in “difficult” areas: the thighs, buttocks, waist, hips and arms.

Alongside ultrasonic liposuction, which progressively reduces circumference, it is worth having a dermomassage, a firming treatment that intensively tones the body.
Dermomassage
Dermomassage, also known as cellulogia or vacuum massage, combines mechanical massage with suction, simultaneously drawing in a fold of skin and rolling it with moving rollers. The method primarily breaks down fat tissue and consequently reduces cellulite. This massage spectacularly improves the condition of the skin, both skin affected by cellulite and loose, flaccid skin. By stimulating metabolism, it accelerates fat burning, toxin removal and drainage. Stretch marks are also reduced. The skin becomes smoother and firmer, and the effects are visible after just one treatment.
The massage usually covers the abdomen, thighs and buttocks and lasts approximately 40 minutes. It can also be performed on the entire body or only on selected areas. It is performed using massage oil and a head of appropriately selected size connected to a device that produces suction. The cellulogia treatment itself is quite intensive but not painful. The strength and speed of the massage are adapted to the body structure, the condition and sensitivity of the blood vessels, and the individual pain threshold of the person receiving the massage.
Active cosmetic preparations are used to support the treatment; their action is much more effective under the influence of dermomassage.
To achieve the best results, it is recommended to use vacuum massage as a series of treatments and to combine it with slimming cosmetic treatments.
The frequency of treatments depends on the condition of the skin and the client’s expectations. The course comprises 6–20 treatments, twice a week.
