This means that in order to receive the child-raising benefit from 1 October 2017, you must submit an application again.

Issuing and accepting applications for the new 2017/2018 period

From 1 August 2017, applications for the new 2017/2018 benefit period to establish entitlement to the following will be issued and accepted (after first taking a ticket from the queuing machine):

  • child-raising benefit (Rodzina 500+).
  • benefits from the alimony fund
  • family benefits (family allowance and supplements to the family allowance, as well as the special care allowance).

Applications may be submitted in person, by post, as well as via the “Emp@tia” portal, banking systems and ePUAP.

Residents of the city of Bolesławiec may submit applications at the Family Benefits Centre in Bolesławiec at pl. Piłsudskiego (ground floor of the office building) on the following days:

  • 1–16 August: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • from 17 August at the following times:
    Monday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
    Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
    Friday 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
