Reader: “When will the remains of the storm finally be cleaned up? Children play and run around exposed roots.”
We contacted Grażyna Strzyżewska, deputy head of the Municipal Housing Management Facility , about the matter. She informed us that the remains of Friday’s storm were deliberately left there, at the insurer’s request (the aim was to assess the damage). The insurer did not arrive in Bolesławiec until Tuesday, July 18.
Kazimierz Łomotowski’s deputy added that the park would be cleaned up soon. Below are photographs taken on Tuesday, July 18:
