Financial assistance will go to 48 students and 400 pupils who come from families with the lowest per-person income.
Students can collect scholarship application forms from the Customer Service Office on the ground floor of the office building at plac Piłsudskiego. Applications are available at the municipal office counters, where the queues are not as long as at the county office counters. Pupils can collect the applications at school. They will be distributed by teachers. However, only pupils who live outside Bolesławiec will be eligible for the programme
“Students from Bolesławiec County will receive 48 scholarships of PLN 200 each,” says Dariusz Kwaśniewski, head of the Education Department of the County Office. Pupils will receive PLN 100 each.
Completed applications must be submitted by the end of November to the Education Department of the County Office, located on the 7th floor of the office building at plac Piłsudskiego.
Student applications will be reviewed in Świdnica by local county officials and members of a foundation at Uniwersytet Wrocławski. Pupils’ applications will be reviewed by the schools. The lists will then be sent to officials in Bolesławiec, who will select people from families with the lowest incomes.
