According to our information, Romanowe Forum councillor Adam Biesiadecki rode a moped without a helmet or lights. He was stopped for a roadside inspection. As it turned out, he was under the influence of alcohol (the first test showed 0.38 per mille, and the second 0.34). The police confiscated his driving licence and referred a motion to punish the councillor to the court.
The case will be decided in court. Since the councillor committed only a petty offence, he will not lose his local-government mandate.
We were unable to contact Adam Biesiadecki. We will return to the subject.
