As part of the event, a re-emigrant settlement will be established at Piłsudskiego Square, populated by rural housewives’ circles and associations. City residents and visitors will have the opportunity to try Balkan cuisine specialties: traditional pita with fillings (spicy and salty), goulash soup, and pepper soup. Once again, a culinary competition for “good pita” and “Balkan cauldron” will be held.
