A serious accident occurred on Thursday, June 8, near Chościszowice (Bolesławiec municipality), on the road from Bolesławiec to Kraśnik. A Toyota collided head-on with a Peugeot Partner. Two people were injured. One was taken to hospital, while the other was airlifted by the Polish Medical Air Rescue helicopter.
Both drivers were trapped in their vehicles, and firefighters had to cut through the bodywork. The fact that the Peugeot had crashed into an embankment made matters even more difficult.

For unknown reasons, the Toyota driver moved into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a man driving a Peugeot. Both are residents of our county. Both were seriously injured and transported to Legnica.
