Each class at the School Complex, together with its homeroom teacher, organized a reading campaign in various public places in Rudna. The students proved that every place is good for reading: they read at the town hall, on the school grounds, at the swimming pool, in the gymnasium, in parks, on playgrounds, at the PKP railway station, at the police station, in a church, and even at a petrol station. At the same time, 504 people were reading books in Rudna.
The initiative was coordinated by the Multimedia Information Centre of the School Complex in Rudna. A book fair was also organized as part of the campaign. Individual classes also held a competition for the most interesting form of promoting reading.
The local authorities of Rudna Municipality, the management of the Cultural Centre in Rudna, motorcyclists from the Iskra club, the management of the School Complex together with the teachers, and the residents of Rudna were invited to participate in the initiative. The campaign concluded with a group photo of all participants at 11:45 a.m. in front of the school building.
