Readers of the istotne.pl portal are the first to see a visualization of another retail park that will be built in Bolesławiec, on the site of the former PKP eastern railway station (Chrobrego, Staroszkolna and Hutnicza streets). The facility will be called: Park Handlowy Stary Dworzec. It will be a single-storey, L-shaped building.

The facility will contain eight units: one with an area of 1,330 m², six with an area of 375 m² each, and one unit of approximately 600 m² intended for food service, with a designated area and an adjoining outdoor garden. Customers will also have 167 parking spaces at their disposal. Access for passenger cars will be provided from Hutnicza and Chrobrego streets, indirectly via the adjoining plot. Delivery vehicles will access the site from Hutnicza Street. Park Handlowy Stary Dworzec is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018.
